Addison & Keith | Wedding

Keith and I are from the Nashville area, we have settled into Cookeville after going to college here and finding love at work. We both decided we did not want to return home, because Cookeville felt more like home. We were excited to get away from our growing hometowns, to move to a place that felt more like our hometown’s previous life. As our engagement came, I began searching for our wedding vision. I wanted our wedding to reflect who we were and our life that had started to take place.

The moment we looked at Terian Farms, we knew that was the venue we wanted to get married at. It had the exact vibe we were looking for. There are numerous “barn venues” in this area, but this one provided a more casual and authentic feeling. I wanted our wedding to feel like you were at your neighbor’s backyard dinner party, which Terian Farms delivered perfectly. The side porch with the string lights sold me.

I had a vision for my dress in my head that know could seem to match except for The White Room of Lebanon. I wanted my dress to have no sequins, no glitter, and no beading. Who knew that was so difficult in a wedding dress! The White Room came through, as always.

As perfect as a wedding could turn out to be, ours was everything I envisioned. The only thing that could have been better would been having my Mawmaw there. Although, under the stars on a perfect early autumn evening, I could feel her presence with me. The importance of these photos, is hard to put into words. These were moments that cannot be recreated, it was a once in a lifetime event, our marriage. Thank you, Jennifer and Rachel, for capturing our once in a lifetime moments as we entered the beginning of our lifetime.
